OvO I think you might want to change the permissions for the members so that they can submit their stuff to the group. XD

Admin area>>Manage members>> Members
Then look for "On Gallery, Members:"
>>Hit "Show all folders"
>>Submissions to "Digital Art" (Here you choose whether you want your own people to vote in submission and how many art pieces a person can submit per day/week/month. OvO <3 Hope that helps.
